Privacy policy
The formal policy is with legal review. What this page can tell you now is exactly how the website itself behaves.
Awaiting legal review
This policy is being prepared
The finished policy will set out what personal information Hoffman & Closius collect, what it is used for, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and the choices you have about it. It is written once the form destination, any analytics and any third-party services are settled, so that it describes what the site actually does rather than what a template assumes.
There is no text here yet because none has been approved yet. We will not publish a version written to fill the space: a document like this one binds Hoffman & Closius, and wording that merely reads convincingly is worse than an empty page, because nobody checks it afterwards.
If you need to know how something on this website works before then, ask either of us directly and you will get a straight answer.
How this website behaves today
This is a description of how the site is built, and you can verify every line of it yourself with your browser's developer tools open. It is not the privacy policy and it is not a commitment about the future — it is simply what is true of the software as it stands.
No analytics, and no tracking scripts
This website includes no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recorder. Nothing measures your visit, so nothing has a record of it.
No cookies are set by this website
The site sets no cookies of its own — not for preferences, not for measurement, not for anything. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
No third-party requests when a page loads
Typefaces are served from this site rather than a font network, and no page pulls in a script, a stylesheet, an image or an embed from another company. Loading a page contacts this website and nothing else.
Two things are kept in your own browser
Properties you save, and the last few properties you opened. Both are stored by your browser on this device only, under the names hc:saved-properties and hc:recently-viewed. They are never sent to us or to anyone else, they do not follow you to another device, and clearing your browsing data removes them.
What happens to a form you fill in
Online submission is not connected yet, so filling in a form on this site currently transmits nothing anywhere. Pressing send shows your own answers back to you with an email link and both direct phone numbers — the message reaches Martin and MaryEllen only if you choose to send it yourself.
